Timing

  1. All general job postings are activated live on site within 30-minutes of lodging with ESLstaff. During this time your posting will be scanned for breaches of the ESLstaff Upfront Agreement.
  2. Relief job postings are also activated with 30-minutes of lodging; however they are also sent via SMS to our subscribed teaching staff once they have been checked against the ESLstaff.com Upfront Agreement.
  3. All general jobs postings lodge by 5:00 pm (Sydney time)Wednesday are broadcast via our e'journal by 8:00 am (Sydney time) Thursday.

 

Upfront Agreement

  1. By joining this site you agree to receive the occasional (monthly) email about TESOL related activities, however, we do not engage in spamming and will not provide your contact details to any other organisation.
  2. We reserve the right to remove misleading or offensive posts at our discretion.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for checking the veracity of any claims made in posts.
  4. We are not responsible for the quality of either schools or teachers advertised on our site.
  5. It is your responsibility to check the details of any schools or teachers that contact you.
  6. It is your responsibility to observe equal opportunities legislation in your posts.
  7. We will not be held responsible if employers or employees breaching government legislation, though we will do our best to edit or remove any posts that do.
  8. We reserve the right to edit teachers CV’s to remove references to surnames, phone numbers or emails (except in places listed) in order to protect teachers privacy. We check the site at least once a week to ensure teachers have not made these public, but cannot be held responsible if we overlook such information.
  9. We cannot be held responsible for ensuring the privacy of any information left on this site.
  10. Relief teaching ads must clearly indicate the days and dates the school is seeking a relief teacher.
  11. We reserve the right to remove schools ‘Relief Teaching’ ads if we believe they are an advertisement for full time or casual teaching positions.
  12. For administrative ease we have a ‘no refunds policy’ and if a Premium or Associate Member fails to utilise to their full advantage their membership package then these cannot be continued to the following year.
  13. This is an Australian TESOL job site. We reserve the right to edit or remove ads that advertise other products, services or overseas jobs. (If you really want to advertise these things please contact us about renting a “banner ad’ at the bottom of the page).
  14. We allow any Australian ESL related jobs to be advertised on this site (e.g. admin & marketing staff, registrars, student counsellors and directors of studies). If in doubt, you are welcome to contact us before placing an advertisement.
