Trainers: ESL, automotive mechanics, bakery, metal fabrication & welding
Sheila Baxter Training Centre, an Australia’s premier vocational training college has experiencing an unprecedented growth. Sheila Baxter has been well-known to international markets as the one-stop-shop for all training needs of more than 850 apprentices and fee paying students from India, Vietnam, ThaiLand, UK, China, South Africa… as well as Australian students. At Sheila Baxter, you will have opportunity to develop yourself in different areas including international marketing skills and participate in overseas marketing/show trip.
We are looking for successful candidates for following positions:
- ESL training coordinator – EC01
- ESL trainers – ET02
- Hairdressing trainers – HT02
- Automotive Mechanical training coordinator – AC01
- Automotive Mechanical trainers – AT02
- Bakery training coordinator – BC01
- Bakery trainers – BT02
- Metal Fabrication & Welding training coordinator – MC01
- Metal Fabrication & Welding trainers – MC02
You will have many or all of the following attributes:
- Appropriate vocational training qualification (minimum AQTF level 3) for relevant positions.
- Applicants for ESL positions should have a qualification in TESOL
- Applicants for automotive mechanical positions should have a recognised trade qualification as a motor mechanic
- Applicants for Bakery positions should have Cert III in food Processing (Retail Baking) and or Cert III in Hospitality (Patisserie)
- Applicants for Metal fabrication & Welding positions should have a recognised trade qualification as a welder
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). However, if you’re already working towards this we will still consider your application.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant industry knowledge and experience.
- Willing to work some evening shifts and on weekend.
- Training experience for international students.
*** Candidates for ESL coordinator position should have a Postgraduate Degree in TESOL
*** Candidates for coordinator position should demonstrate their capability in Curriculum Development
