Program Coordinator - ESL
Education Access Australia (EAA) is a large VET provider offering Hospitality, Automotive Technology and English language courses to overseas students across 3 spacious campuses in Melbourne CBD.
Our English language division, Melbourne Institute of English (MIEng), is currently experiencing phenomenal growth.
We are looking for a suitably experienced, qualified and dynamic professional to join the team as a Program Coordinator and be a part of EAA's & MIEng's exciting growth and expansion plans.
Profile and Selection Criteria:
- The candidate should be appropriately experienced and qualified to coordinate the overall administration and operations of MIEng's ESL programs areas.
- The candidate must have tertiary or Graduate level ESL / TESOL qualifications and a Cert IV in TAA.
- Experience with training/coordinating ESL Curriculum Framework courses is required.
- Experience with training/coordinating NEAS accredited courses and familiarity with the NEAS accreditation process would be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be familiar with international education operations (ESOS)
- The candidate should have a strong strategic business focus and the experience and capacity for working with and coordinating/managing a wide range of staff and students in a culturally sensitive manner.
